What Can Be Returned
Not all purchases qualify for a return. Please review the criteria below before submitting a request.
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item received is incorrect
- Item significantly differs from description
- Product has a manufacturing fault
- Item has been used or worn
- Original packaging removed or damaged
- Request made after 7 days of delivery
- Change of mind on dupe products*
*Our products are premium-quality dupes. This is clearly disclosed in our FAQ on our homepage. Refunds cannot be claimed solely on the basis that a product is a dupe, as this information is shared at the point of purchase.

All Bluma products are imported internationally from trusted global manufacturers. As with the majority of consumer goods worldwide, our products are manufactured abroad — not locally — and are held to a higher standard than typical alternatives available in the market.
We do not compromise on quality. Each product is vetted before it reaches you, which is why damaged or defective items are taken seriously and handled with full accountability on our part.
How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps carefully to ensure your request is processed smoothly:
Reach out to our support team no later than 7 days after receiving your order. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Provide an unedited video clearly showing the defect, damage, or issue with the product. Claims without supporting video evidence cannot be processed.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, ship the item back in its original, unused condition and original packaging. Return delivery charges are the customer's responsibility. Bluma does not cover shipping costs for returned items.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your full refund will be issued within 14 business days.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been physically received and inspected by our team.
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Video evidence is mandatory. Claims submitted without supporting proof of the issue will not be processed.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Bluma is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
